South Whidbey Fire EMS Chaplaincy

A fire truck is parked on a wet road during twilight, with mountains and water visible in the background.

South Whidbey Fire EMS is dedicated to serving our community beyond emergency medical and fire response.  Our Chaplain Program provides compassionate, confidential, and non-denominational emotional and spiritual support to firefighters, emergency medical personnel, their families, and the community during times of crisis, loss, and critical incidents. Serving as an integral component of the organization’s behavioral health and wellness framework, chaplains support personnel and public before, during, and after emergency responses by offering presence, guidance, and critical incident stress support.
